작품설명

뮤지컬 는 거대한 무대 메커니즘이 없이도 주연 배우들의 연기력과 완벽한 노래 그리고 열정만으로도 그렇게 작품에 생기를 돌게하고 완전한 작품으로 만들 수 있다는 새로운 가능성을 보여 주었다. 그들은 뮤지컬 가 그 동안 익숙해졌던 브로드웨이의 거대한 스케일의 뮤지컬과는 매우 다른 성격을 가졌음에도 불구하고 브로드웨이를 대표할 만한 작품으로 인정하였으며, 어떤 다른 작품보다도 가장 극적인 작품이라고 찬사를 보냈다.
